Grilled Cheese
I rarely eat grilled cheese, but I was craving it last night, so I made it for dinner. I carefully spread the margarine to the very edges of the bread, put in 2 slices of cheese, grilled it slow until it was crispy and the inside gooey. My daughter and I made the rest of the sandwiches, and breaded a ton of zuchinni and baked it with a spray of olive oil cooking spray. I ate my sandwich first… enjoyed every bite, then finished up with zuchinni and water until I was satisfied. I’m starting what I call the “dessert diet”… I eat my fave thing first, then only more if I’m hungry. No more saving the best for last, cuz I will still eat the best, even if I’m not hungry… so why not eat the best first… I deserve it, no more “filler” food when what I really want is waiting. Getting full, then eating more is just a huge binge trigger for me. Now, if I could only find a cure for binge trigger #1– being tired…

Yummmmyyyyyyyyyy - gosh girl, you’re making me salivate like crazy. I love grilled cheese sandwiches too but been staying away from them.
I love your “dessert diet” idea. That’s smart - never thought of it that way. Very creative.
